Payroll Partners

Every person that receives a pay check from Logan City School District can make a Payroll Partner contribution. Each month the amount you choose will be deducted and forwarded to the school / classroom / program of your choice.

All contributions are tax-deductible as a charitable gift as provided by law.

Your contributions can go to:

• a specific classroom

• a program

• a school

• a scholarship

There are no overhead deductions from your donation. Every cent goes to the place you request.

Please give the completed form to Payroll (Blanca Galvan) or Logan Schools Foundation Director (Shana Longhurst).
